  • May home sales decreased 0.2%, compared to the average April-to-May increase of 13.9%. However, year-over-year, sales rose 53.4%.
  • The median home price remained the same as April at $320,000. The usual April-to-May increase is 3.2%, but the May 2021 price is still 17% higher than May 2020.
  • Inventory is down 7.1% since last month, instead of the typical growth of 1.8%.

So, while month-to-month numbers aren’t showing the same increases as previous years, it’s definitely still a seller’s market. And I’m here to help, so don’t hesitate to email or call me if you need anything. Want to buy or list a home this year? Feel free to book a time to meet with me.
